AmSteel®-Blue (Formerly Spectron 12 Plus)
|
12-strand single braid construction of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber that is tension-set in conjunction with our Parallay® plying process. Blue Samthane™ Type "S" urethane coating is applied to enhance firmness and wear life while allowing ease of splicing. This product has an average of 45% higher strength than AmSteel® size-for-size.
