Compression tools

This compression tool ($5) and a small block of wood to cover the piston is fine to compress the front calipers, and with a large set of channel locks or some other tool to turn the piston, the rear calipers can be done. But it's a lot of work IMHO.
A little nicer kit is this one here from Harbor Freight Tools .
I have heard others saying that they had done it with this kit, and that it will turn the piston using friction against the top of the piston.  But this never worked for me very well.  Turning that piston is not always easy.

This here is the Kent Moore tool. And for me, it the difference between day and night when doing the rear brakes.
